For non-Xtreme models we convert the shaft to eliminate the double cardan. The original design from GM is heavy and prone to failure. For Xtreme models you must keep the double cardan as it's needed for the excessive angles. These are for the extended cab regular bed V6. Please note: the OEM Ujoint manufacturer recommends the grease fittings be lubed every 2,000 - 3,000 miles or ever month. You must also grease the CV. | ||
